OVERVIEW

Work on most projects will be completed in less than 15 calendar days. The initial estimate/invoice will list the time frame allotted for a given project. Project duration may be based on a number of factors (type, complexity, image editing, etc). Project time frames include the time it takes to deliver first draft and to receive edits from client for final product. Pilar Davis Media and/or any subsidiaries will submit initial drafts with substantial time for client to submit any edits. All graphic and web design projects are limited to 2 rounds of edits (i.e. receive first draft, submit edits, edits completed, submit follow up edits if needed, final product submitted). Additional or late edits submitted by client are at an additional cost of %10 of total project pricing. Should any service take longer than the time frame stated in the estimated/invoice to complete, for any reason other than a failure of Pilar Davis Media to render completed projects, an additional retainer equal to 30% of the project price will be required in order for work to proceed. An additional retainer of the same will be required each subsequent 15 days. If, based on project details and requirements, a project is expected to take longer than 15 days, an addendum will be added to the original estimate expressly stating the duration the project is expected to take and the additional retainers will be amended to the expected time frame (e.g. If project is set to require 60 days, an additional retainer will be required at 61 days unless delay is a failure of Pilar Davis Media to render completed project).

Consistent communication is required. If you need to suspend communication for any reason (e.g. illness, injury, etc.) please notify us promptly. It is imperative that communication for active projects stay active and productive to ensure the best possible product. Please ensure that all emails, phone calls, texts, etc. are returned promptly to avoid delays in the timeline. Should emails, texts, calls, etc, to you or your representative(s) fail to receive a response within 48 hours, all work on active projects will cease until such time as communication is restored.  Any delays that result in a project taking longer than the estimated time frame (or the adjusted time-frame) will add a 30% additional retainer to resume work.

All invoices are payable upon receipt via check, money order, PayPal, Chase QuickPay, Zelle or credit card via our website. (link to credit card payment page provided upon request).
